chore: 清理垃圾文件与构建产物

- 删除 internal/plugins/webui/dashboard2.html（遗留压缩实验代码，含乱码，零引用）
- 删除根目录旧二进制 homed/waiter（build/ 已有最新版）
- 删除 build/ 实验二进制 homed2/3/4/-audio/-img/-lua/-multi/-sched/_v2
- 删除 deploy/build 重复发布包 + dist 打包产物
- 删除 .gopath（旧 SDK v0.7.2 模块缓存，已 replace 到 third_party 本地副本）
