revert(webui): 移除 chat/history 的 lean 裁剪模式

工具调用详情（args/result）与 reasoning_content 是排查问题和还原上下文的
关键信息，不应裁剪下发。瘦身只保留分页一条路径（limit/before 控制条数）。

- 删除 lean 查询参数与 leanChatMsgs()
- 删除 ChatToolCall.Truncated 字段
- 分页仍生效：limit=40 首屏 1287.9KB → 48.5KB，且 tool_calls args/result
  与 reasoning_content 完整下发
