fix: 移除 HTTPS clone/wget 的凭据警告

jianfgit.xyz 的 HTTPS URL 无需认证即可读取（只读），
git clone 和 wget 下载 qqrebot 均正常通过。
移除 README 中多余的请用户提供凭据提示。
